This USB-C 3.1 Generation 1 5G 4-Speed Multi-Gigabit Ethernet Adapter supports data rates up to 5 Gbps. The U-2250 device is intended to provide a lower cost means of upgrading from Gigabit Ethernet to 5G Ethernet. Increased network speeds increase business efficiency. The U-2250 will also greatly reduce file transfer time between networked devices in a home environment, where video streaming over the network is becoming commonplace.
